Booking Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking through the iCanFly website or mobile application, you agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

Booking Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all passenger, traveller, and booking details—including names, travel dates, destinations, passport information, and contact details—are accurate before confirming a reservation.

Services

iCanFly provides an online platform through which customers may book flights, hotel accommodation, travel insurance, and other travel-related services offered by third-party suppliers.

Prices and Availability

Prices, taxes, fees, exchange rates (where applicable), and availability are provided by airlines, hotels, insurance providers, and other travel suppliers and may change until a booking has been confirmed.

Payments

All bookings are subject to successful payment authorisation. iCanFly reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where payment cannot be authorised, is unsuccessful, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. Any payment processing, banking, or foreign transaction fees charged by the payment provider or financial institution are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Supplier Terms

Every booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline, hotel, travel insurance provider, or other travel supplier. These may include policies relating to cancellations, amendments, refunds, baggage, check-in, accommodation, insurance coverage, and other travel services.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Requests to modify or cancel a booking are subject to the supplier's applicable terms and conditions.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of the relevant supplier. Where applicable:

• Supplier cancellation charges may be deducted.

• Payment processing or banking charges retained by the payment provider may be non-refundable.

• Refund processing times vary depending on the supplier and financial institution.

Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, travel insurance (where required), and any other documentation necessary for their journey.

Limitation of Liability

iCanFly acts as an online travel booking platform facilitating reservations with third-party airlines, hotels, travel insurance providers, and other travel suppliers. Operational decisions, including schedules, cancellations, accommodation services, baggage handling, insurance claims, and other travel services remain the responsibility of the respective supplier.

Force Majeure

iCanFly shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, failure to perform, or disruption of travel services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, acts of government, war, civil unrest, public health emergencies, technical failures, airport closures, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, bookings will be managed in accordance with the policies of the relevant airline, hotel, travel insurance provider, or other travel supplier.

Privacy

Personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

iCanFly reserves the right to update these Booking Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
